Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original BEE packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
