IMI Heatmiser neoStat-e V3 – Smart control for electric underfloor heating

neoStat-e V3 is our latest smart thermostat designed specifically for electric underfloor heating systems. With a clean, slimline aesthetic, backlit display and illuminated touch keys, it delivers intuitive control for modern homes.

It can be configured either as a full programmable thermostat or as a timer, giving you the flexibility to manage electric heating as well as auxiliary applications such as towel rails or lighting.

Supplied with a 3-metre remote floor sensor, neoStat-e V3 supports multiple sensing modes (Air, Air & Floor, Floor Only) and is capable of switching loads up to 16A—making it ideal for direct electric underfloor heating control.

When connected to the neoHub (sold separately), neoStat-e V3 integrates seamlessly into the wider neo smart control system, enabling app control via the neoApp and compatibility with leading home automation platforms. The upgraded hardware platform improves wireless Mesh coverage for stronger, more reliable communication.

Wireless Air Sensor & Door Contact Functions

For enhanced comfort and energy efficiency, pair neoStat-e V3 with a wireless air sensor to measure temperature remotely or to calculate an average reading in larger rooms. Heating can also be automatically paused when a window or door is opened using an optional contact sensor.
